The Role

• Develop detailed drafting and documentation for architectural-scale interior solutions using premium and standard product lines.
• Manage assigned projects from initial design through engineering, production handoff, and installation coordination.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and production teams to ensure project success.
• Balance client requirements with manufacturability and product capabilities, supporting custom design solutions.
• Review and approve drawings, mentor peers, and contribute to process improvements for higher-level roles.
• Maintain organized digital project files and provide on-site support to production and assembly floors as needed.

What You'll Need

• Experience in drafting for architectural, industrial, or product-focused design.
• Proficiency in Rhino 3D and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Ability to interpret construction documents, sketches, and design intent.
• Strong understanding of CAD/CAM production, digital fabrication techniques, and CNC or prototyping experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for collaboration and multi-tasking.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in architecture, industrial design, or a related field, with 1-5 years of relevant experience depending on the level.
