Job Description

Experience: The proposed candidate must have at least Ten (10) years of experience in the IT field.

3-5 years of experience in health and human services programs and systems development.

Subject matter level of experience in EHR

Minimum five (5) years of process improvement, management consulting, change management, or related business experience

Solid understanding of project management principles

Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to function as a team member in a demanding environment

Demonstrated ability to communicate with customers at all levels of the organization in a professional, effective manner

Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills , Outstanding organizational and planning abilities

MS Project, MS Visio and other project management and process development tools ix Sigma or PMP Preferred

Experience with Agile Development tools such as Jira

Must have B.S in computer Science or Equivellent and good experince EHR releated IT projects
