The position translates project needs into scalable metadata, taxonomy, workflow, permissions, and governance requirements while helping teams avoid configuration choices that could create unnecessary rework. In parallel, the role facilitates structured evaluation of Content Hub for broader creative and marketing use cases, documents findings and recommendations, and helps define the long-term operating and governance model for digital asset management.

Lead review of proposed configuration decisions for scalability, maintainability, and alignment with likely enterprise needs.
Identify choices that could create rework, technical debt, migration constraints, or operational complexity and recommend practical alternatives.
Partner with implementation vendors and internal technical teams to configure and validate Sitecore Content Hub capabilities.

Support asset inventory, cleanup, mapping, normalization, and migration planning for priority Clinical and Flagship content.
Develop migration strategies including asset deduplication, metadata transformation, version management, URL preservation, and phased migration approaches.
Establish quality assurance practices for metadata completeness, duplicate handling, data integrity, and asset status.
Optimize metadata and taxonomy to improve search relevancy, asset discoverability, and reuse.
Testing, Validation, and Launch Readiness
Develop and execute test scenarios for asset ingestion, search, selection, transformation, publishing, replacement, expiration, and downstream delivery.

Assess platform fit, gaps, workarounds, integration needs, adoption risks, and operating implications for broader creative and marketing use.
Develop evidence-based recommendations about where Content Hub is viable, where additional configuration or investment would be required, and which needs may remain out of scope.
Governance, Documentation, and Transition Planning
Draft interim governance standards, roles, decision rights, intake processes, and change-control practices appropriate to the implementation phase.
Maintain configuration documentation, requirement traceability, decision logs, taxonomy guidance, and operating procedures.
Define near-term support, training, stewardship, and escalation needs for launch and early adoption.
Recommend a sustainable long-term operating model, staffing approach, governance structure, and transition plan based on implementation experience and evaluation findings.
