Job Description

Fenergo Support Analyst
Must Have Skills: Fenergo CLM Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong experience in production support, issue analysis, and Fenergo .NET code development. The role requires hands-on expertise in Fenergo configuration, workflows, rules, and .NET solution, along with the ability to troubleshoot complex business and technical issues in a live environment.

  • Minimum 5 years of functional expertise on Fenergo v8 (FenE) CLM product.
  • Knowledge in end-to-end customer lifecycle management journey.
  • Working experience on Fenergo base application code - should be well versed in debugging and troubleshooting code in .net.
  • Must have hands-on experience in developing functional requirements/ small business enhancements through Fenergo application code.
  • 5+ year of experience in .net C# development.
  • Experience in developing REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations.
  • Experience in SQL queries, stored procedures, performance tuning.
  • L3 Support experience in Incident and Problem Management.
  • Experience in Banking domain, Financial Crime, Anti Money Laundering, KYC, CDD, EDD, Customer Lifecycle Management
  • Nice to have:-Experience with Fenergo upgrades or migrations
  • Knowledge onFenX product
  • Exposure to DevOps / CI-CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of Azure or cloud environments
  • ITIL or production support processes
  • Experience working in agile delivery models
