- Commissioning and setting up new and replacement HIU installations, including system flushing, hydraulic balancing, and return-temperature optimisation.
- Executing planned and reactive maintenance across commercial plantrooms, servicing pumps, pressurisation units, buffer vessels, expansion vessels, and associated control systems.
- Diagnosing network distribution issues—such as bypass faults, high return temperatures, and low flow rates—while logging accurate digital compliance records and service sheets via mobile job management software.
The Package: - £42,000 – £46,000 basic salary, fully expensed company van with personal use allowance, fuel card, specialist tooling, PPE, and on-call/overtime enhancements.

- Compliance/Systems: Strong working knowledge of CP1 (Heat Networks Code of Practice), Heat Trust standards, and G3 compliance frameworks; proficient with mobile CAFM/reporting applications. (WRAS, Legionella awareness, or TMV servicing certifications advantageous).
- Experience: Proven field track record in commercial plantroom servicing, hydraulic wet heating systems, heating controls, and direct HIU diagnostic/repair work.
