Helmed by the creator of one of the most recognized enterprise AI agents in the world, our rapidly growing AI startup is already recognized as the nextmoonshot layer ahead of most perceived frontier AI labs like Anthropic and OpenAI.

The team, comprised of PhD AI researchers and frontier AI founders, has developed its own patented models that surpass the continuity and complexity of their predecessors.

This unicorn team is looking for a well-rounded AI researcher with a strong engineering background, capable of taking projects end-to-end, from research -> building and deploying new models that are ahead of the hyperscalers and what people consider 'frontier.'

This is a true technical playground for someone that wants autonomy across the full lifecycle of frontier AI model development rather than working in silos.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years of experience working in frontier AI (either as a researcher or engineer)
  2. Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Math, or AI Research.
  3. Deep knowledge of LLMs from kernel to finetuning.
  4. Tangible experience working with ETL, relational databases, SQL, NoSQL or MongoDB
  5. AWS, GCP or Azure experience required
  6. The ability to code in any language, including Python.
