Job description

You'll turn our marketing priorities into digital activity that drives measurable growth. Sitting across Marketing and the wider Growth team, you'll bring acquisition, CRM and website performance together, pairing technical marketing expertise with sharp commercial instinct.

You'll read the data, set clear priorities and guide execution across paid media, SEO, email and nurture. You'll own our website as a growth engine and keep our CRM data clean and trustworthy.

The goal: a more predictable pipeline that moves faster, and marketing that reaches further across the UK and US.

What you will do

  • Own Marketing's side of our HubSpot database, including segmentation logic and list hygiene. Run an email programme that keeps our audience engaged and our sending domain healthy.
  • Design, build and refine automated multi-channel nurture workflows that move prospects through the pipeline and hand them to Business Development when they're ready.
  • Plan and run paid search and paid social within an agreed budget. Scale what works, cut what doesn't, and own the cross-channel execution of our campaigns.
  • Own the website as a growth channel. Improve conversion, user journeys, tracking and testing, and work with Content on landing pages and technical SEO to grow qualified traffic and leads.
  • Turn data from HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn, GA4 and Search Console into clear, commercial insight. Show what moved, why, and what we should do next.
  • Make sure Journey Further shows up across search, paid and email, wherever our target personas look for answers.
  • Use segmentation and sharp messaging so each persona sees what matters to them, and so people and machines both understand what makes us different.
  • Build nurture tracks that keep prospects moving, so good leads never go quiet between first touch and first conversation. Track the impact of every campaign and use what the data shows to keep improving.
  • Turn thought leadership, organic social posts, landing pages and blog content into paid amplification, social ads, segmented email nurture and organic search wins.
  • Translate go-to-market concepts into clear production briefs and manage asset timelines, leaving visual design and layout to the designers.
  • Warm prospects with regular, relevant touchpoints and share lead scoring data so outreach is better targeted.
  • Turn marketing priorities and campaign plans into digital activity, and flag early what the data says is and isn't working.
  • B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience, ideally in a scaling business or agency.
  • Deep, hands-on knowledge of running B2B funnels across paid media and email.
  • Proven ownership of campaigns from strategy through to results, including building, optimising and tracking multi-channel distribution calendars that grow audiences.
  • Experience running paid search and paid social, and managing budgets.
  • Strong MarTech skills across email marketing, website CMS and analytics tools.
  • Hands-on HubSpot experience is ideal, including marketing automation and building nurture workflows.
  • Confident in data management: CRM data, segmentation and list hygiene.
  • Working knowledge of website performance and SEO, using tools such as GA4, Search Console and a CMS.
  • A commercial, analytical mindset. You turn complex data into clear actions and tie every recommendation back to pipeline and revenue.
  • Excellent organisation, with a track record of running multiple projects at once, aligning cross-functional teams and hitting deadlines.
