The Role

• Setting up and operating processing machinery.
• Performing quality checks and documenting results.
• Conducting maintenance, cleaning, and preventative servicing of equipment.
• Ensuring adherence to production schedules.
• Maintaining the operational condition of production resources.
• Supporting the testing of new technologies and processes.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a machine and plant operator, packaging technologist, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of relevant professional experience.
• A high degree of responsibility and a proactive, goal-oriented approach.
• Willingness to work shifts and on weekends.
• Commitment to upholding safety regulations.
