The Role

• Setting up and operating processing machinery
• Performing quality checks and documentation
• Conducting maintenance, cleaning, and preventative upkeep of equipment
• Ensuring adherence to delivery deadlines
• Maintaining the operational readiness of equipment
• Assisting with testing new technologies and processes
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with safety regulations

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a machine and plant operator, packaging technologist, or equivalent
• Several years of relevant professional experience
• A high degree of responsibility and a self-directed, goal-oriented work approach
• Willingness to work shifts and on weekends
