Role: M365 Copilot SME
Location: Charlotte/ New Jersey (Hybrid).
Mandate Skill: M365 Copilot.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a Copilot adoption and optimization roadmap.
- Provide recommendations on emerging Microsoft Copilot capabilities and roadmap features.
- Advise on security, compliance, privacy, and responsible AI practices.
- Ensure alignment with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Develop strategies to increase Copilot adoption and user engagement.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and office hours.
- Create best-practice guides, FAQs, playbooks, and user enablement materials.
- Develop a deep understanding of the organization''s Microsoft 365 environment.
- Assess Copilot readiness across Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive
- Provide guidance on feature enablement, configurations, and optimization opportunities.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolution of complex Copilot-related issues.
- Collaborate with Microsoft, partners, and internal teams as required.
- Identify risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies impacting Copilot adoption.
- Develop mitigation strategies and escalation plans.
- Monitor organizational readiness and implementation challenges.
- Provide regular status reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
- Track action items and ensure follow-through on recommendations.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 technologies.
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI-enabled productivity solutions.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Microsoft 365 Copilot
- Microsoft Teams
- SharePoint Online
- OneDrive for Business
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
- Microsoft Applied Skills or certifications related to Microsoft Copilot.
- Experience implementing AI governance and responsible AI practices.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
