Job description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Looking for an experienced LoanIQ Business Analyst / Functional SME with strong expertise in the Finastra LoanIQ platform, loan lifecycle management, and data analysis. A deep understanding of LoanIQ workflows, data models, and loan operations, along with the ability to troubleshoot user issues, analyze data, and coordinate with Finastra for issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities

Work closely with business and operations teams to support LoanIQ-related initiatives and issues.

Analyze and understand LoanIQ data models; write queries and support reporting/data analysis requirements.

Support end-to-end loan lifecycle processes, including deal setup, servicing, and workflow management.

Drive process improvements and support STP (Straight Through Processing) of loan deals.

Investigate user-reported issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with Finastra for resolution.

Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Finastra LoanIQ.

Deep understanding of loan management, loan operations, and loan lifecycle workflows.

Knowledge of LoanIQ data models and strong SQL/data analysis skills.

Experience in Business Analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Experience working with operations teams and vendor support teams
