What You’ll Do

• Support customers and assist them with their questions and requests
• Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
• Provide friendly, professional and efficient customer service
• Understand customer needs and find the best possible solutions
• Follow internal processes and guidelines when handling customer requests
• Make sure customers receive a positive experience throughout their interaction
• Work closely with your team and share information and feedback
• Take part in training to continuously improve your knowledge and customer service skills

What You’ll Need

• Fluency in German and English
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• A customer-focused and helpful attitude
• Good listening and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
• A positive attitude and a calm approach when dealing with customers

No previous Customer Support experience is required! Full training will be provided to help you get started and feel confident in your role.
