The Role

• Provide service on security systems and equipment at customer sites.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve post-installation issues.
• Perform special project work as required.
• Conduct technical troubleshooting and diagnostics for electronic security solutions.
• Install and service intrusion, fire alarm, access control, and CCTV systems.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience installing/servicing security systems (intrusion, fire, access control, CCTV).
• Basic understanding of electronics, wiring, and relevant codes.
• A valid driver's license without restrictions.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required state licenses.
