Job Description
Essential:
- Business facing and HR system experience.
- 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, with expertise in HRIS, ERP, CRM, and Shared Services.
- Hands-on experience with major HRIS and CRM platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Enterprise Architecture tools like ARIS, LeanIX, or BizzDesign.
- Strong knowledge of cloud architectures (Azure, AWS, GCP), APIs and integration patterns.
- Experience in business process optimisation, automation, and IT service management (ITSM) frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.
