The Role

• Lead the development and deployment of digital cross domain solutions for customer missions.
• Engage with customers to capture, define, and understand user and security requirements.
• Decompose hardware, software, interface, and security control requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders throughout system development, integration, testing, and fielding activities.
• Support system accreditation following the Risk Management Framework and plan security improvements.
• Plan, design, and implement cross-domain data flows, assist users with data schemas, and define/validate data handling policies.

What You'll Need

• Experience developing requirements, including capability, system-level, hardware, software, interface requirements, user stories, or use cases.
• Experience creating technical written deliverables for system delivery or deployment efforts.
• Proficiency with online collaboration and work tracking tools such as Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence) and ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of the Risk Management Framework and its application to system accreditation.
• Ability to plan systems delivery and deployment efforts, including technical plans, schedules, resource allocations, and risk tracking.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required, with willingness to undergo a polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology and 5+ years of engineering experience, or 12+ years of engineering experience in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to obtain a DoD 8570.1 IAT Level II Certification within 6 months of start date.
