Job Description:-
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to support advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning initiatives for fraud detection, investigative support, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience developing predictive models, natural language processing (NLP) solutions, and advanced statistical algorithms while working with large structured and unstructured datasets in cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain supervised and unsupervised machine learning models for fraud detection, risk analysis, and predictive analytics.
- Perform exploratory data analysis, data cleansing, feature engineering, and statistical modeling using Python, SQL, and cloud-based analytics platforms.
- Develop advanced analytics solutions utilizing regression, classification, clustering, Bayesian, ensemble learning, and NLP techniques, including OCR, semantic search, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Build scalable AI solutions to identify financial fraud, improper payments, and regulatory non-compliance while supporting criminal investigations and audit activities.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers to optimize Azure-based data pipelines and machine learning workflows using Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure Data Lake Storage.
- Design reusable analytics frameworks, automate data processing, and develop high-quality visualizations and dashboards using Power BI.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to technical and executive stakeholders through reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
- Develop comprehensive documentation for methodologies, model validation, production deployments, and analytical processes.
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies, automation tools, and best practices to enhance analytical capabilities and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications:-
- Education: Master''s degree (or higher) in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Machine Learning, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and predictive analytics.
- Programming Skills: Strong programming expertise in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and advanced SQL (SQL Server/PostgreSQL).
- Cloud Platforms: Experience with Azure Machine Learning, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake Storage, and modern cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/Google Cloud Platform).
- Advanced Technologies: Hands-on experience developing NLP, OCR, and LLM-based solutions.
- Analytics & Visualization: Strong knowledge of statistical modeling, data visualization, and Power BI.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
