AWS Cloud Migration Engineer

We are looking for an AWS Cloud Engineer with 7+ years of professional experience and strong hands-on expertise in AWS Cloud Migration. The ideal candidate should have experience migrating on-premises/legacy applications and infrastructure to AWS, along with strong knowledge of EKS and Kubernetes and some exposure to AI/GenAI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute AWS cloud migration initiatives for on-premises and legacy applications.
• Support application, server, and data migrations to AWS with minimal downtime.
• Deploy, configure, and manage containerized applications using Amazon EKS and Kubernetes.
• Work with AWS services such as EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, ECS/EKS, and related migration services.
• Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, networking, application, and deployment issues.
• Collaborate with application, DevOps, and architecture teams throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Support CI/CD automation using tools such as Terraform, Jenkins, or similar technologies.
• Apply knowledge of AI/GenAI services and cloud-based AI solutions where applicable.

Required Skills

• Experienced AWS Cloud Engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Migration, particularly on-premises/legacy systems to AWS.
• Strong experience with Amazon EKS and Kubernetes.
• Good understanding of AWS infrastructure, networking, security, and compute services.
• Experience with Terraform and/or CI/CD automation.
• Some practical exposure to AI/GenAI technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Nice to Have: AWS certifications, experience with AWS Migration Services (MGN/DMS), Docker, Terraform, and AWS AI/ML services.
