As a Bartender, you'll play a key role in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, serving everything from barista-quality coffee and premium beverages to wines, beers, and cocktails. Working alongside a passionate hospitality team, you'll help deliver the high standards of service that our guests have come to expect from two of Australia's most iconic brands.

Whether guests are beginning their journey, returning home, or stopping over between flights, you'll help make every visit to the lounge a memorable one.

What You'll Be Doing

• Crafting and serving premium coffee, cocktails, wines, beers, spirits, and refreshments.
• Providing genuine, friendly, and professional service to every guest.
• Creating a welcoming and relaxed lounge atmosphere.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-presented bar area.
• Monitoring stock levels and replenishing products as required.
• Following RSA, food safety, and workplace health & safety requirements.
• Working collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Ensuring high standards of presentation and service are consistently maintained.

We're looking for enthusiastic hospitality professionals who are passionate about people and take pride in delivering exceptional service.

You'll bring:

• Previous experience in a bar, café, restaurant, hotel, or similar hospitality environment.
• A current RSA Certificate.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• A positive attitude and professional presentation.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
• Barista experience and cocktail knowledge (highly regarded).
• Full working rights in Australia (essential).
