The Role

• Lead your store team with the support of an Assistant Store Manager.
• Oversee store presentation, including order processes, merchandising standards, and daily operational tasks.
• Manage personnel, including creating schedules and fostering employee development.
• Take responsibility for recruiting and building your store team.
• Collaborate with regional management to discuss performance and store development.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training, ideally with experience in a similar retail management role.
• A strong sense of entrepreneurial thinking and a high degree of responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills to motivate your team and support their development through feedback.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, 5 days a week, including regular weekend and evening shifts.
• Willingness to complete an 8-week onboarding program in one of their training stores.
