About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Pega Engineer with strong expertise in Pega Smart Investigate and banking/payment investigation processes to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions, with a strong focus on Payment Investigations and Pega's Smart Investigate module.
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and implement enterprise-grade applications using Pega.
  • Leverage Pega Smart Investigate to build and enhance Payment Investigation solutions.
  • Develop scalable, secure, and resilient full-stack applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Participate in solution architecture, system design, platform management, and implementation.
  • Follow best practices across application security, design, validation, and SDLC.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with Pega frameworks, preferably within the Banking and Financial Services domain.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Pega Smart Investigate.
  • Experience in Payment Investigations and banking payment processes.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts, algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Required Skills
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with Pega frameworks, preferably within the Banking and Financial Services domain.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Pega Smart Investigate.
  • Experience in Payment Investigations and banking payment processes.

Preferred Skills
  • Pega certifications such as CSSA or CLSA.
  • Experience in Corporate Cash Management and Financial Services.
  • Exposure to AWS cloud services.
  • Understanding of cloud-native architecture and container technologies.
  • Experience building scalable and resilient enterprise applications.
