As the first face customers see when they enter, you will play a crucial role in welcoming and guiding visitors, creating a welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to quality service.

Your responsibilities will include greeting customers with a friendly demeanor, directing them to the appropriate departments, and providing them with information about our vehicles and services. You will ensure that guests feel valued and help foster long-lasting relationships between our brand and the community.

This position provides a fantastic opportunity to engage with customers daily and contribute to a team that values customer satisfaction and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome customers and provide them with an overview of our services.
• Assist customers with inquiries, ensuring they have all necessary information.
• Maintain an organized and inviting reception area.
• Schedule appointments and manage customer flow efficiently.
• Collect feedback to improve the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive or hospitality sector.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A positive attitude and a proactive approach to customer engagement.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems are an advantage.
