Job Description

Title: OpenText lead 

Location: Chicago, IL  - Hybrid

Duration: 12+ Months 

 

The project will support Dynamics activities, including customer setup, configuration, and documentation. The role will also involve working with data generated in Dynamics and converting it into business documents using OpenText. Currently, Starmark is handling document creation, Need a strong OpenText expertise who can establish document generation best practices, create templates, and provide overall guidance on document design and management.

Best Practices & Process Improvement

  • Define best practices for customer setup and maintenance in Dynamics.
  • Establish document-generation standards using OpenText.
  • Recommend governance controls for templates, workflows, and document lifecycle management.
  • Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
