Job Description

Title: Netsuite ERP Administrator
Location: Eatonton, Georgia (On-site only)
Duration- long Term

 

Major issues include:

  • Monday.com has become the unofficial source of truth instead of the ERP.
  • Inventory records are inaccurate, requiring accountants to make manual month-end adjustments.
  • Production workflow doesn''''t properly update inventory.
  • Packing lists cannot handle partial shipments.
  • Shipments are sometimes completed but invoices are never generated.
  • Existing ERP administrator has only applied temporary fixes instead of solving root-cause process problems.

Main Objective

The company wants someone who can:

  • Make the ERP system the single source of truth.
  • Improve manufacturing workflows.
  • Eliminate manual inventory corrections.
  • Integrate manufacturing operations smoothly with NetSuite.
  • Improve data accuracy across production, inventory, shipping, and accounting.

Required Skills

Must have:

  • ERP Administration experience
  • Manufacturing ERP experience
  • Strong SQL knowledge (SQL Server)
