Position: Senior SAP Security Analyst/Administrator

Location: Irving, TX

Duration: Long Term

Rate: $ Open/Hour

Need a Local resource who can attend Face to Face

Experience Level # 10 + Years

Job Description:

The SAP Security Analyst ensures the security and integrity of SAP systems by managing user access, roles, and security configurations, while mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and configure SAP security roles, profiles, and authorizations.

Manage user access provisioning and perform segregation of duties (SoD) checks.

Apply security patches and monitor SAP systems for vulnerabilities.

Support audits and ensure compliance with security policies (e.g., SOX, GDPR).

Investigate security incidents and implement preventive measures.

Collaborate with IT teams to maintain a secure SAP environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of SAP security, roles, and authorization management.

Experience with SAP GRC tools (preferred).

Familiarity with SAP modules ( S/4HANA, Fiori).

Experience with below are preferred ECC 6.0,Fiori Security, Internal ITAudits.

SAP Security Architecture: drives design and build of Security roles technical roles and GRC Business roles

Work with internal/external auditors and ITteam to confirm control requirements and SOPs are followed per guidelines and facilitate security deliverables review sessions

Work with the SAP Security operational team to ensure project and operational aspects are aligned

Daily administration of new and existing SAP systems, managing backend security for bolt-on tools to SAP based on CMC IT Policy and Security framework

Working with internal controls and audit on IT Security Policy, Remediation, Mitigation of various security related issues

User Onboarding, Access Provisioning, HR Structural Profile Creation & Assignment

System Upgrade/Refresh/EP/SP/Manual Configuration, etc. - SAP Security support
