The Role

• Operate and monitor CNC turning and/or milling machines.
• Set up, prepare, and call up programs for machinery.
• Produce precision parts according to technical drawings.
• Monitor machining processes and optimize workflows.
• Conduct quality control of manufactured parts (measuring, inspecting, documenting).
• Perform tool changes and minor adjustments.
• Carry out basic maintenance and cleaning tasks.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a CNC machinist, CNC specialist, or comparable qualification.
• Experience in CNC turning and/or CNC milling.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using measuring tools.
• A quality-conscious and accurate approach to work.
• Teamwork skills and reliability.
• Willingness to work shifts, depending on the operational requirements.
