JOB DESCRIPTION
This position is for an intermediate level Microsoft .Net Developer.

This individual will be asked to participate and perform at every level of the development life cycle. Requirements gathering, design, development, testing/ QA, implementation, training, and maintenance.

Required Skills/Experience
Ability to effectively communicate in English verbally and in writing
Strong oral and written communication, customer service, and time management skills
Expertise in IT project management, including the ability to develop, track, and manage project work plans
Ability to work effectively with a team to accomplish team projects and solve technical problems

Experience developing and maintaining documentation for procedures and processes

Experience with Licensing & Permitting Application Development & Maintenance
Data conversion/migration (excluding DTS & SSIS migration packages)
Crystal Reports Designer
Experience with ADA Title II
