The Role

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in elderly care or general nursing.
• Recognized qualification as a Head of Nursing/Care Services Manager.
• Strong empathy and leadership capabilities.
• Confident demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility and an open-minded approach to work.
• Demonstrated ability to uphold organizational values.
