Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Epic Beaker CP Analyst to support laboratory and Clinical Pathology initiatives in a remote project environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Epic Beaker CP and expert-level Data Innovations experience, along with a solid understanding of laboratory workflows.

Required Qualifications

  • Epic Beaker Clinical Pathology (CP) certification is required
  • Strong hands-on experience with Epic Beaker CP
  • Expert-level experience with Data Innovations is required
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory and Clinical Pathology workflows
  • Experience supporting Epic laboratory implementations, enhancements, and optimization
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Must be available during Pacific Time (PT) business hours

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and troubleshoot Epic Beaker CP functionality
  • Analyze and optimize laboratory/Clinical Pathology workflows
  • Support Epic Beaker implementations, enhancements, and optimization efforts
  • Work with Data Innovations and related laboratory systems
  • Identify issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend solutions
  • Collaborate with project and clinical teams to meet implementation goals
  • Provide timely documentation and status updates
