  • Draft operating procedures, desk procedures, and playbooks, ensuring consistency in structure and terminology across workstreams.
  • Maintain version control for all documentation to ensure clarity and accuracy.
  • Track operational deliverables, capturing requirements, decisions, and open questions to drive closure.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as a business analyst in asset management, insurance investment, banking, or consulting to these industries.
  • Proven experience in process mapping, including swimlane and cross-functional flows used in production.

  • Proficiency in Visio, Lucidchart, or equivalent process mapping tools, as well as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams with fixed deadlines and work with incomplete information.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to issue resolution.

Preferred:
  • Experience in investment operations, including loans, private credit, fund administration, or IBOR/ABOR environments.

  • Fund launch or platform implementation experience with hard external deadlines.
  • Familiarity with program tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet.
