Job Description
About Archy
Smile! Those teeth you are showing deserve the best care you can give them, yet the status quo of the software your dentist uses today is outdated.
Archy is a Series C vertical SaaS solution revolutionizing the dental practice management space — giving dental providers AI agents and software that lets them do what they do best (be dentists!) while we handle the more technical sides of running their practice business.
About the Role:
As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by generating new leads and qualifying potential prospects. This is a fully onsite role based in the Dallas metro area, operating daily out of a local co-working space alongside your team members in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
This will be a full-time, hourly position working Monday through Friday during typical business hours. (Specific hours may vary based on business needs). This is a non-exempt role and is eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law. This role also offers uncapped commissions.
While your primary focus will be high-volume outbound dialing and digital prospecting, you will also partner directly with our Marketing team by conducting targeted phone and email follow-ups for dental practices that have received our marketing campaigns. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a high-impact sales career in health-tech while serving as a key driver for Archy's growth.
Job Responsibilities:
Outbound Lead Generation (Primary Focus): Drive top-of-funnel growth by executing daily high-volume phone calls, targeted cold outreach, and multi-touch email cadences to doctors and practice office managers.
Marketing Campaign Follow-Up: Partner with our Marketing team to consistently follow up via phone and email with dental practices that have received marketing packages, collateral, and gifts.
Qualify Prospects: Identify pain points in existing practice workflows, articulate the value of Archy’s cloud-based platform, and schedule product demonstrations for Sales Executives.
Leverage Modern Sales Tech & AI: Utilize AI tools and automation to accelerate prospecting, refine messaging, and increase daily outreach efficiency.
Onsite Workspace Collaboration: Work daily out of our Dallas-area co-working location to collaborate with team members, participate in strategy sessions, and execute team power-dials.
Surpass Performance Goals: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly activity, phone dial, and demo-booked KPIs.
Job Requirements:
Location & Work Requirement: Currently residing in or near the Dallas, TX area and able to work fully onsite five days a week out of our local Dallas co-working space. This is a full-time, hourly position working Monday through Friday during typical business hours. Specific hours may vary based on business needs. This is a non-exempt role and is eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law.
Outbound Drive: High energy and comfort with heavy outbound phone calls as the primary channel for customer acquisition.
Strong Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage busy decision-makers both over the phone and in person.
Adaptable & Coachable: Strong work ethic with a growth mindset—eager to receive real-time feedback and continuously improve.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable adopting AI tools, modern CRMs, and sales automation into your daily workflow to work faster and smarter.
Experience (Preferred): 1+ years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or other phone-based customer outreach (healthcare or SaaS experience is a bonus, but not required).
Travel & Field Activity: Regular local travel within the Dallas metro area for dental practice drop-offs and office visits, alongside occasional travel for team events or industry conferences. A valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as required are necessary for this role.
What We Offer:
