About the Role
An ambitious and expanding construction business is seeking a highly driven Business Development Director to spearhead growth across key sectors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building strategic relationships and securing major projects within both public and private sectors.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the company's strategic growth plan.
• Generate and secure new business opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with key clients and consultants.
• Lead bid and tender strategies.
• Identify emerging market opportunities and sector trends.
• Work closely with pre-construction and operational teams.
• Represent the business at industry events and networking functions.

Requirements

• Proven track record in construction business development.
• Strong experience working with local authorities.
• Significant exposure to co-living developments.
• Experience securing and delivering large-scale construction projects.
• Extensive industry network across London and the South East.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
