ServiceNow Specialist

Overview of our role

Support the evolution of Enterprise Services by partnering with stakeholders to shape and deliver meaningful improvements across the ServiceNow platform. Acting as the link between business and technology teams, you'll help define requirements, prioritise demand and ensure solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD and IRM deliver real business value. Working closely with process owners, developers and users, you'll play a key role in driving continuous improvement, maintaining platform governance and supporting scalable, best-practice ServiceNow outcomes.

What You'll Bring

• Experience delivering business requirements and service improvements in a ServiceNow environment.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with experience facilitating workshops and translating business needs into user stories and requirements.
• Experience supporting Agile delivery, including backlog refinement, sprint planning and stand-ups.
• Proven ability to partner with developers and users through UAT, defect management and solution delivery.
• ServiceNow CIS certification and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (or equivalent) highly regarded.

Qualifications / Certifications & Experience

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, IRM and Service Catalogue.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow data structures, relationships and platform functionality.
• Experience applying business analysis, requirements gathering and process improvement techniques.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery practices, including backlog management, sprint planning and user story development.
• Understanding of ServiceNow governance, standards and best-practice solution design.
• Experience supporting testing, UAT, defect management and business outcome validation.
