About the Role

NU Home is hiring motivated, outgoing individuals to join our Solar Field Marketing & Sales Team. This is a door-to-door, neighborhood canvassing, homeowner engagement role focused on generating qualified leads and appointments for our solar sales team.

Help homeowners discover solar energy solutions that can reduce electricity costs, increase energy independence, and provide long-term value.

What You'll Do

• Talk with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods
• Introduce NU Home's solar energy and battery storage solutions
• Educate homeowners about the benefits of solar power
• Identify homeowners interested in solar installations
• Set qualified appointments for our Solar Sales Team
• Log leads and activity in CRM
• Hit daily & weekly production goals
