The Role

• Coordinate shift schedules, manage staff absences, and optimize tour planning.
• Support the update of care levels and ensure correct classification.
• Perform classic elderly care tasks including medication distribution, direct care, and digital documentation.
• Build trusting relationships with residents' families, physicians, and colleagues.
• Provide professional and personal guidance to auxiliary staff, trainees, and interns.
• Contribute creatively to daily life activities as an expert in your field.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a qualified nurse (w/m/d).
• Alternatively, any other completed vocational training in elderly care or general nursing.
• A high degree of empathy and a respectful approach to interaction.
• Experience in tour or deployment planning is advantageous.
