Sigma Defense is seeking a SMWDC Surface Warfare Requirements & Experimentation Analyst to support our team in San Diego, CA.

• 8+ years of experience as a qualified Surface Warfare Officer.
• At least 5 years of experience with Command-and-Control issues, regarding surveillance, engagement and planning functions required for each of the various numbered fleets.
• Experience as a WTI (AMW or ASW/SUW) qualified officer preferred. Aviation Officer qualification is acceptable.
• Experience with Staff and Fleet operations and procedures.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.

Personnel Clearance Level:

• Candidate must possess an active Secret security clearance or higher.
• A clearance will not be sponsored.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

Essential Job Duties (not all-inclusive):

• Work closely with the N8/N9 shop on capability assessments across the SMWDC domain.

Salary Range: $128,000 - $158,000 annually.
