Job Title: AI Techno-Functional Analyst
Location: New Jersey, USA/Remote
Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced AI Techno-Functional Analyst with a strong background in SAP Supply Chain Master Data, Data Quality Management, and AI/Agentic AI technologies.
The ideal candidate should possess a combination of functional knowledge in supply chain master data, technical expertise in data analysis and automation, and hands-on experience developing AI-powered agents. The candidate will be responsible for leveraging AI capabilities to improve data quality, identify anomalies, automate validation processes, and recommend intelligent remediation solutions.
Key Responsibilities & Required Skills
1. Supply Chain Master Data Management

• Strong understanding of supply chain master data, including Material/Product, Customer, Vendor/Supplier, Plant, BOM, UOM, sourcing, and procurement data.
• Hands-on experience working with SAP master data and understanding data dependencies, validation rules, and downstream business impacts.
• Ability to translate business requirements into Critical Data Elements (CDEs), data quality rules, validation logic, and remediation workflows.
• Understand master data relationships and identify inconsistencies across different business systems.

2. Data Quality Management

• Experience in data profiling, data analysis, and identifying data quality issues across multiple business portfolios.
• Design and implement preventive and detective data quality controls.
• Develop data quality dashboards, scorecards, and automated validation frameworks.
• Automate recurring data quality checks and monitoring activities.
• Perform root-cause analysis, issue management, and data remediation.
• Establish effective data quality standards and monitoring processes.

3. AI & Agentic AI Development

• Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, GraphRAG, and tool/function calling.
• Experience developing AI agents and implementing multi-agent orchestration.
• Ability to integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, APIs, and external tools.
• Strong experience with Python, SQL, and REST API development.
• Hands-on exposure to Azure OpenAI and Microsoft Copilot Studio.

4. AI-Powered Data Quality Automation

• Develop AI agents capable of profiling and analyzing supply chain master data.
• Implement AI-driven anomaly detection to identify data inconsistencies and quality issues.
• Build intelligent solutions to recommend data quality rules and validation logic.
• Enable AI agents to explain data quality failures and suggest appropriate remediation actions.
• Integrate human-in-the-loop approval mechanisms to ensure controlled and reliable data remediation.
• Identify opportunities to leverage Agentic AI for improving enterprise data quality processes.
