Join a small team doing meaningful work.

Digital Garden is an award-winning digital agency specialising in Drupal and enterprise website delivery for government, higher education, not-for-profit and corporate clients.

You'll be technically curious, organised, proactive and excited by digital. Most importantly, you'll enjoy working with people, solving problems and taking ownership of your projects.

$100,000-$140,000 + super (depending on experience)

What you'll do
  • Manage website and digital projects from discovery through to launch.
  • Build strong client relationships and lead day-to-day communication.
  • Facilitate workshops and project meetings.
  • Coordinate designers, developers and content specialists.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, scope and project risks.
  • Support QA, UAT and website launches.
  • Help suggest ideas and opportunities to clients to continuously improve their digital platforms.
About you

You'll ideally have:

  • 3+ years' experience delivering websites or digital projects within an agency environment, or managing multiple digital products in-house. We're open to candidates from mid-weight through to senior level. The role and salary will reflect your experience, capability and the value you bring to the team.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects.
  • Confidence working with developers and technical teams.
  • An understanding of CMS platforms, website development or digital technology.
  • Experience using Jira or similar project management tools.
  • A proactive attitude and a genuine interest in AI and emerging technologies.

We look for people who are great communicators, switched on, organised and thrive in a busy environment. Formal project management training is valuable, but the qualities that make a great Digital Producer - judgement, initiative, adaptability and people skills - can't be taught in a certification. Even if you have a background in coordination, support roles or other multi faceted client facing roles in a digital or digital adjacent space, this might be a great opportunity for a career change.

We're looking for someone who is self sufficient, takes initiative and enjoys solving problems. You'll have support when you need it, but you'll also be trusted to make decisions and get things done.

You'll work directly with clients, collaborate with experienced strategists, designers and developers, and play an important role in shaping the success of our projects.

Working with us
  • Hybrid working (two days per week in our Crows Nest office).

  • A collaborative, supportive no b.s. team.
  • Opportunities to grow as our business grows.

Applicants must be Australian citizens due to government security clearance requirements.
