Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator II Client: Heavy Machine Manufacturing Company Duration: 12 months (possibility extension) Location: Moline, IL 61265 Shift: 1st shift (Hybrid - 4 days onsite and 1 day remote per week) Description: As an Employee Experience Representative within Company's Human Resources Operations Center (HROC), Ask HR, you will provide comprehensive support to employees and Unit HR teams on key human resources processes and transactions.

This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, managing HR-related inquiries, maintaining employee records, and supporting efficient HR operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
