The Role

• Analyze, test, and verify configuration management processes to ensure consistency and reliability of information.
• Identify and track program risks and action items, assessing the cost of changes.
• Develop and deliver briefings and training to ensure common understanding and meet objectives.
• Review and analyze compliance with process-specific standards and policies.
• Utilize ServiceNow dashboards and tools to report on process status.
• Recommend improvements to configuration management practices.

What You'll Need

• TS/SCI with polygraph clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of related work experience in configuration management or quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and ITSM processes, with ITIL V3 or 4 certification or training.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
