Content Creator and Social Media Manager

Location: Dallas, TexasJob Type: PermanentCompensation Range: $65,000 - 70,000 per yearWe are hiring a hands-on Content Creator and Social Media Manager to drive the digital strategy for a Dallas-based entrepreneur. In this dynamic, highly mobile role, you will capture and publish authentic, behind-the-scenes content across three distinct portfolios: a consumer brand, a professional services firm, and the founder's personal brand. Your day-to-day will involve traveling to events, meetings, and business operations to translate real-life moments into engaging social media narratives. A major focus of this position will be scaling the founder's audience and expanding her influencer footprint.

Responsibilities:Plan and execute a comprehensive content strategy across three accounts to ensure all material aligns with distinct brand goals. Drive audience growth and manage influencer initiatives, including brand partnerships and major affiliate programs. Travel locally and out-of-town to shoot and edit real-time, short-form video and photographic content. Produce 3 to 4 daily posts per consumer/personal brand and 1 daily post for the professional services firm. Manage community engagement across social platforms, respond in specific brand voices, and maintain a flexible content calendar.

Execute multi-brand content strategies. Shoot and edit daily short-form video. Manage influencer and affiliate programs. Qualifications:2+ years of experience in content creation and social media management, supported by a strong short-form video portfolio. Demonstrated success in growing social media followings and executing influencer marketing or affiliate programs. Efficient editing skills across industry-standard software, paired with the ability to write fluidly in multiple brand voices.

High flexibility for travel and dynamic schedules, accompanied by a proven track record of absolute professional discretion.2+ years experience & a strong short-form video portfolio. Proven track record of audience growth & influencer marketing. Lightning-fast video/photo editing (CapCut, Premiere, Canva).Versatile copywriting across diverse brand voices. Agility to thrive outside a standard 9-to-5 schedule. Flexibility for frequent travel and a history of absolute discretion.

Bonus Points: Previous experience working within consumer products, wellness, or professional services sectors.
