Senior Technical Business Analyst

Senior Technical Business Analyst for Randstad Digital, LLC. Multiple openings. Headquarters: Woburn, MA. Develop and design UI, data workflows, user stories, acceptance criteria, tasks. Confer with stakeholders and end users, analyze requirements, translate needs into technical specifications. Deliver business and technical controls for regulatory frameworks. Review compliance, code, sprints., functionality, defects, triage, fixes, system data, transformation, reporting, dashboards, data visualizations, performance, legacy system gaps, scalable architecture, audits, data pipelines, reporting layers, platform upgrades, cloud architecture. Conduct SIT, UAT testing. Create BRDs, technical designs, test cases and plans, records, scripts, diagrams. Identify problems, analyze client/user needs, recommend modifications, and formulate validation plans. Use Python, Spark, Scala, Ab Initio, Kafka, Agile, SQL, AWS. 40 hrs/wk. Must have Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, Industrial/IT Management, or a related quantitative field, and 2 years experience in the proffered position or as a Developer, Software Engineer, Technology Analyst, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in the specified fields plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the specified occupations. Must have 2 years of experience working with data; reviewing requirements, specifications, code, defects; performing SIT, UAT testing; creating BRDs, test cases; using Spark, Scala, AbInitio, Kafka, SQL, AWS. Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time. Telecommuting permitted. $193,462 to $193,500 /yr.
