Role:AI Solution Architect
Location: Dallas, TX / Basking Ridge, NJ / Raleigh, NC / Tampa, FL
Work Mode: Onsite (WFO)
Experience: 9 10+ Years
Contract: 12 months, extendable
Interview: Video
Domain: Telecom / OSS-BSS
Shift: 8 AM 5 PM EST
Travel: Required
Job Summary:
We are looking for an AI Solution Architect with strong Telecom OSS/BSS and AI architecture experience to design end-to-end enterprise solutions and integrate Generative AI and Agentic AI capabilities into telecom workflows.
Mandatory Skills:
  • 9 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong Solution Architecture experience.
  • Strong Telecom / OSS-BSS domain experience.
  • Experience with Pre-sales, Product Catalog, Fulfillment, Order Processing, and Billing solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Hands-on or strong working knowledge of Vector Databases.
  • Understanding of Agentic AI architectures, including:
    • Multi-agent orchestration
    • Tool/function usage
    • Memory retention
    • Reasoning loops
  • Experience designing end-to-end solution architectures and assessing existing system architectures.
  • Ability to create technical architecture documentation, visual blueprints, and solution diagrams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and experience collaborating with US and India teams.
  • Willingness to work onsite and travel as required.
