Role: nCino/Salesforce

Onsite: 3 days onsite

Any visa on w2

Location: either charlotte, NC or Chandler, AZ

Contract: 24 months to possibly perm

Interview process: 2 video interviews to hire

Relos: totally fine but first day is in office where they get their laptop.

 L2 Support and Product/Development supporting Salesforce and nCino platforms. Their job is to investigate escalated production issues, perform root cause analysis, analyze backend data, validate defects, and determine whether an issue needs development resources or can be solved through a data fix, workaround, training, or process change. They essentially act as a filter between support and development so developers aren''t spending time on issues that don''t require code changes.

Must Have Skills

• Salesforce experience (technical/backend preferred)
• SOQL or strong SQL experience
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Production/Application Support experience
• Strong data analysis skills
• Ability to investigate issues and determine true root causes
• Experience supporting enterprise applications
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to explain technical issues to business users and bankers
• Ability to work independently and connect the dots without everything being documented

• nCino experience
• Financial Services experience
• Commercial Banking experience
• Commercial Lending experience
• Credit/Risk experience
• Salesforce Administrator experience
• Salesforce Developer experience
• Salesforce Business Analyst experience with technical/backend exposure
