We are hiring experienced professionals for two long-term opportunities with EY – End Customer Engagement.

📍 Location: Atlanta, GA
🏢 Work Model: Hybrid – 1–2 days/week onsite, remaining remote
📌 Focus: CRM Integration Program

1️⃣ PROJECT MANAGER – CRM Integration

Experience: 8+ Years

Key Requirements:
• 8+ years of IT experience
• 5+ years of Project/Program Management experience
• Strong enterprise technology project experience
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience
• Experience managing cross-functional/distributed teams
• Strong risk, issue, dependency & scope management
• Strong stakeholder communication
• Experience with enterprise applications, CRM, integrations or digital transformation
• Ability to understand and validate functional/technical solutions
• Experience with Azure, APIs or integration platforms is a plus
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience is a plus
• PMP / Scrum Master certification is a plus
• Basic practical understanding of GenAI, LLMs, RAG, MCP & AI APIs

2️⃣ PRODUCT OWNER – CRM Integration

Experience: 7+ Years

Key Requirements:
• 7+ years of IT/Business/Product experience
• 4+ years as Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst or Functional Lead
• Strong requirements gathering & analysis
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience
• Product backlog management
• Excellent user-story & acceptance-criteria writing
• Strong stakeholder management
• Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions
• Experience with CRM implementations/integrations is preferred
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus
• Enterprise application integrations & APIs are a plus
• Workflow/process automation experience is a plus
• AI-enabled business application experience is a plus
• CSPO / PSPO certification is a plus
• Basic awareness of GenAI, LLMs, RAG, MCP & AI APIs
