Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Dynatrace Monitoring Engineer to support an automation and observability project within the banking/financial services industry. The ideal candidate will have 3 5 years of hands-on Dynatrace experience and strong experience creating dashboards and monitoring application and service-level metrics.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Dynatrace dashboard templates that provide key application and service metrics.
• Develop dashboards to support application monitoring and observability requirements.
• Configure and monitor application performance metrics using Dynatrace.
• Work with application and technology teams to understand monitoring requirements.
• Support automation and observability initiatives.
• Troubleshoot Dynatrace monitoring and dashboard-related issues.
• Provide clear visibility into application and service performance.

Must-Have Skills

• 3 5 years of hands-on Dynatrace experience.
• Strong experience with Dynatrace dashboards and monitoring.
• Experience with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) or observability.
• Strong technology/infrastructure background.
• Experience creating dashboard templates and configuring application metrics.

Nice to Have

• Banking or Financial Services industry experience.
• Experience with Service Mesh / Istio.
• Experience supporting automation projects.
• Knowledge of microservices and cloud-native application environments.
