Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong P&C insurance - Personal Auto domain expertise to support requirements definition, stakeholder collaboration, and functional solutioning for personal collector vehicles (CV) and the renewal transfer to specialty vehicle insurance product. The role requires deep understanding of the policy renewal process, regulatory requirements, policy/content generation through transactional workflows, with a focus on producing clear, traceable, and test-ready requirements.

Required skills:

• 5+ Experience in P&C Insurance, Personal Lines of Business, Collector/Specialty Vehicle insurance products is a MUST
• 10+ years of experience as Business Analyst;
• Working knowledge of policy lifecycle (quote, bind, endorse, renewal, cancellation, out of sequence) and rating/underwriting concepts;
• Experience writing complex requirements (both UI and business logic) for enterprise-level transactional systems;
• Ability to break down business asks into clear, concise, gap-free functional requirements;
• Hands-on experience writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria;
• Experience in creating process documentation, specifications, and requirements gathering;
• Experience building long-term relationships with business end users with a product ownership approach, suggesting functional solutions in response to claimed business needs;
