Project Manager – Coventry (Keresley) Up to £85,000 + Excellent Package We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established housebuilder, overseeing the successful delivery of a new-build residential development in Keresley, Coventry. You will not be considered if you haven't worked on new-build housing projects.

The Role Manage the day-to-day delivery of a new-build housing development<br />Lead and motivate the site team to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget<br />Ensure quality standards and NHBC requirements are met<br />Coordinate subcontractors and manage programme delivery<br />Maintain high standards of health &amp; safety across site<br />Liaise with internal teams, clients and stakeholders Requirements Proven experience as a Project Manager within the new-build housing sector<br />Strong track record of delivering residential developments<br />Experience managing multiple site teams and subcontractors<br />Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills<br />Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates<br />Full UK driving licence Salary &amp; Benefits Up to £85,000 depending on experience<br />Company Car or Car Allowance<br />Fuel Card<br />Annual Bonus Scheme<br />Contributory Pension<br />Life Assurance<br />Employee Benefits Platform<br />Ongoing training and career development<br />Opportunity to join a reputable, growing housebuilder<br />If you're an experienced Project Manager with a proven background in new-build housing, we'd love to hear from you.
