Trainee - Central IT (m/f/d)

The Role

• Support strategic and operational initiatives within a central technology department.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects that involve multiple business units and central functions.
• Assist in the development of enterprise-wide standards, governance models, and technology frameworks.
• Prepare decision-making materials, presentations, and analyses for senior leadership.
• Coordinate stakeholders across product, technology, and business teams to drive alignment and transparency.

What You'll Need

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a related field.
• A solid understanding of software engineering, cloud technologies, data platforms, or IT infrastructure.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A structured, data-driven approach to problem-solving and an aptitude for learning complex technology landscapes.
