The Role • Execute vehicle glass repair and replacement, including the calibration of driver-assistance systems. • Assume the additional role of "Operations Manager (HWK)" responsible for technical and specialist matters on-site, ensuring adherence to all company standards, and managing daily operational planning. • Provide customer service from order intake to vehicle handover, including consulting and support. • Handle invoicing, customer fund management, and the processing and creation of incoming orders. • Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure audit-relevant standards and corrective actions are maintained. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade and ideally several years of professional experience, such as a master vehicle technician, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or body builder. • Willingness to undergo the required proficiency test or already possess the "Operations Manager (HWK)" qualification. • Hold a valid Class B driver's license and possess good German language skills, PC proficiency, and comfort with administrative tasks. • Demonstrate strong customer and service orientation, coupled with excellent communication skills. • A collaborative spirit, ability to work independently, and a commitment to respectful teamwork.
