Senior Workday HCM/SCM Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workday SCM/HCM Consultant with a strong background in the Healthcare industry. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, enhancing, and supporting Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions for healthcare organizations. The ideal candidate should have experience working with hospitals, health systems, healthcare providers, or healthcare payers and possess strong business process optimization skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Workday HCM and/or SCM implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
• Configure and maintain Workday modules including Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, Procurement, Inventory, and Supplier Management.
• Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders to streamline workforce and supply chain operations.
• Design, test, and deploy Workday business processes and security configurations.
• Support integrations with third-party healthcare systems and enterprise applications.
• Create reports, dashboards, and analytics to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Conduct system testing, user training, and post-production support.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday HCM and/or SCM experience.
• Experience in Healthcare organizations, Health Systems, Hospitals, or Healthcare Payers.
• Strong understanding of Workday configuration, reporting, and business processes.
• Experience with Workday integrations, EIB, Core Connectors, and Studio is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Workday Certification is highly preferred.
